Order Processing
The current processing time for all orders is 10 business days or less (not including federal holidays) with exceptions for custom spec orders which may take longer. We will notify you via email once your order has left our facility and is in transit. Please see shipping section below for estimated shipping times.
Shipping
Your shipping rate will be calculated at the time of checkout by size, weight, and destination. Delivery will require access for an 18-wheeler with lift gate to unload your order. Someone must be present at time of delivery as a signature is required. SHIPPER WILL NOT DELIVER WITHOUT SIGNATURE. Please inspect your order for damage before signing for delivery and note such damage on the shippers delivery form.
- Orders of $3,500.00 or more ship FREE to NC, SC, & VA!
- Orders of $5,000.00 or more ship FREE to Eastern Time Zone!
- Orders of $6,500.00 or more ship FREE to Central Time Zone!
- Orders of $11,500.00 or more ship FREE to Mountain and Pacific Time Zones!

Eastern Time Zone: 1-3 Days
Central Time Zone: 2-4 Days

Returns Policy
Most items may be returned within 10 days of delivery with a 25% restocking fee. Items must be unopened and returned in original condition. Customer shall be responsible for any and all return shipping charges and liability including but not limited to, proper packaging to prevent damage during shipping, shipping expense, insurance for lost or damaged items, etc. Items not eligible for returns include, custom sized gates, sloped gates, custom spec fence panels, custom routed post, or any item not in original packaging.
- Should items need to be returned as a result of our error, well will pay the return freight cost for those items without a restocking fee.
- Your refund, minus restocking fee, can be expected within 3 weeks of Folsom Fence Supply receiving your returned items to our facility. This allows time for us to properly process your return as well as your bank to process the returned payment.
- Items damaged in shipping: Customer is responsible for inspecting order upon delivery for any visible signs of damage during shipping. It is the customers responsibility to note such damage on shippers manifest before signing for delivery as well as take pictures for reference. We will be unable to process any returns or replacements for damaged materials not listed on shippers paperwork at time of delivery.
